What protects your account, and what we keep.

Everything written here is enforced by the service's code, not just promised.

Your security

  • Encrypted connection (HTTPS). Your browser refuses any unencrypted version of the site.
  • Password unreadable, even to us. Before it is saved, it is turned into a fingerprint: a code that lets us check your password, but not recover it. That is why, if you forget it, you choose a new one.
  • API key shown only once. In your space, only its start is displayed. Lost it? Regenerate it, and the old one stops at once.
  • Private pages. Neither your browser nor any server in between keeps them, and Google does not index them.
  • Failed attempts are limited. After 5 wrong passwords, sign-in is blocked for 15 minutes, to stop anyone trying to guess.

Your data

  • What we keep: your email, your shop name and your platform. Your password and API key, never: only their fingerprint, which cannot be turned back.
  • Your validations: one counter per validation for your quota, without the address in clear text. Results stay 30 days in cache so we can answer faster, then they are erased.
  • Never: your credit card (we do not ask for one), and no advertising cookie. Only one cookie: the one that keeps you signed in, erased when you sign out.
  • Your rights: see, correct or erase your data on simple request. You can also complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
