How it works

1. You enter your email on this page.
2. You get a link by email. It is valid for 30 minutes and works only once.
3. You choose a new password. All your other sessions close at once.

Why a new password, and not the old one? Because we do not know it: it is stored as an unreadable fingerprint. Nobody can send it back to you, not even us.

For your safety, the page shows the same message whether or not the address has an account: nobody can use it to find out who is a customer.
